We participated in the 12th International Breakbulk Transportation Exhibition held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from March 25 to 26, 2024. As a global breakbulk and general cargo carrier, our booth attracted numerous attendees, a testament to the industry's recognition of our business philosophy, good reputation and high-quality services over the years.

On March 25, we held the CA Shipping App Launch Conference themed "Interconnect & Share, Sail with Safety for Thousands of Miles" at the Shanghai Pudong Chateau Star River Hotel. At the conference, our management elaborated on the concept and full functions of our Customer Service Platform App.

We launched the App to build an interconnected information platform for cargo, ports and vessels, upgrading logistics efficiency and customer service quality. Its data is sourced from our ERP system, integrated with port data on customs declarations, cargo gathering and terminal operations, as well as our shipping and freight forwarding systems, and connected to professional marine weather websites and smart shipping platforms. Tailored for better customer service, the App enables customers to check contract details, obtain bill of lading numbers, track cargo port progress and vessel routes, share contracts, and process invoicing and settlement anytime and anywhere. It also offers practical tools such as route inquiry and marine weather updates.

Our management stated at the conference that we aim to promote paperless office work, improve operational efficiency and drive the digital development of the shipping industry through this platform. We also expressed our gratitude to customers, ports, shipping agencies, freight forwarders and third-party data providers for their support in developing the App. We focused that the App is a key step to upgrade our service quality, designed to deliver real-time information to customers, and we look forward to working with all partners to boost efficiency, achieve win-win cooperation and create shared value.
